End of Tenancy Cleaning in Bristol

The base price is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, not if the property is a flat or a house. Condition, more rooms, access requirements and agreed extras are confirmed in the quote.

List every room and bathroom when requesting your quote. Include conservatories, extra living rooms, and any other spaces you want cleaned. This helps us confirm the full scope and price.

Tell us which furniture stays and whether cupboards and drawers will be empty. We will confirm accessible areas and any interior cleaning before booking.

Send it with your enquiry. We'll compare it with our service and find any tasks to add or organise separately.

It is better to finish removals first. Moving furniture and boxes can block access and bring dirt back into cleaned rooms. Tell us if the visits must overlap so we can discuss what is practical.

Ask when booking so we can confirm whether photos can be provided and which areas they will cover. Do not assume that someone automatically includes them.
