Carpet Cleaning in Bristol: Fixed Prices, Steam Cleaned

These six questions help you compare services, whoever you end up hiring.

How to read carpet cleaning reviews in Bristol:

• Look at the number of reviews as well as the score.
• Check for recent reviews.
• Look for details about the work, such as stairs or a stained lounge.
• Read how the business responds to problems.
• Check whether the reviews relate to the service and location you need.

Ask for the price, cleaning scope and guarantee terms in writing before booking.

Act quickly. First, check your carpet’s care instructions. Do this before using water or cleaning products. Blot rather than rub, working from the outside towards the middle to limit spreading.

Tell us what caused the mark, when it happened and what you have already tried. This helps us choose a suitable treatment.

Avoid bleach, hairdryers and large amounts of water. These can damage the carpet or make treatment harder.

For tenants and landlords, the check-in inventory is a helpful starting point. It helps them decide if carpets need cleaning before handing over the property.

Check the carpet's cleanliness and condition. Compare it to the original report and photos, keeping normal wear and tear in mind. Cleaning won't fix worn pile, fading, or other permanent damage. Also, it doesn't guarantee a refund of your deposit.

If you share a house, agree on who will arrange the cleaning and keep the receipt.

Your carpet check-out routine:

• Find the carpet notes and photos from your check-in report.
• Clear the rooms so the agreed areas can be reached.
• Allow time for cleaning and drying before the inspection.
• Keep the receipt and take dated photos once the carpet is dry.

Landlords and agents: assess the carpet after cleaning and record its condition for the next inventory.
